This story could go back to January 2014 and May 2014, however I will start it at July 4, 2014 instead.
July 4, 2014 I see a tweet from @dfwknight saying DVD available now on
HIS WEBSITE of a scene I did with @puzzybandit from Vegas January 2014
in the house dfwknight rented. Now one can imagine I was SHOCKED to say
the least, I have been very careful not to have any DVDS of myself out
there other than the 2 I did with ShaundamX almost 6 years ago.
I contacted William and asked how is it he has my content and has the
right to sell it on his website without any documentation from me or
permission. He states "I have producer rights over everything shot in
the house in Vegas", I said hmmm ok. I then starting doing research on
that subject not only within the porn industry but in the film industry
as a whole. Come to find out there is NO SUCH THING and that it is not
LEGAL to produce content without LEGAL adult industry model releases,
2257 documents, work for hire documents and location documents signed
not only by ALL talent, the producer and the camera man, none of these
documents were signed by me with him.
On July 5 I contacted Greg aka Jonathan Jordan aka PuzzyBandit to ask
him for copies of ALL documents I signed for him and a copy of the
document giving rights to our scene to dfwknight. He tells me Gene
Sanders aka @teamvplive is his record keeper and he will have to get
them from him. At the same time he is blowing me off in texts asking me
why i need documents and that he doesn't have them on him he is on the
phone with William Mills aka dfwknight discussing this situation.
Getting nowhere with Greg I then contact William again via twitter and
say "I am not trying to be difficult, however ......" he then attacks
me
The thing that confused me, is if there were documents signed by
puzzybandit and gene for DFWKnight than why didn't he have them on hand
to send? why did it take 5 days to PRODUCE a document?
So I wait for the evening (July 5) to receive an email, no email is
sent. I wait the next day (July 6), no email is sent, the next day
(July 7) no email is sent, finally day FOUR (4) (July 8) I send William
another message simply saying "still waiting", he then asks for my email
even though it is on my twitter profile and then later that evening I
receive some document they seemed to have 'manufactured' in my inbox.
The document is NOT LEGALLY BINDING because the documents I signed with
puzzybandit and teamvplive are not binding, so that voids any agreement
he has with dfw on our scene.
I make 5 email attempts, 5 text message attempts, at least 3 phone call
attempts to get documents signed by ALL participants involved in the now
13 scenes that I did with teamvplive and his entertainers:
@puzzybandit, @mrnuttz2010, @donxxxprince, @romemajorxxx
@roc_dangerfield with no response except to be cussed out and berated by
Rome Major and Roc Dangerfield and to receive not only a text threat
stating "don't get hurt bitch" from Don XXX Prince but also I was
informed a threat on his twitter stating "she can't come to Detroit,
it's a rap on that".
After almost 2 weeks of attempting to get the paperwork signed from
teamvplive and his entertainers, I then hired a Porn Law attorney to
handle this issue for me. He sent an email to Gene Sanders (August 6)
with all the necessary documents PER SCENE that everyone needs to sign
along with a detailed letter explaining that the documents they used for
the scenes were not legal and before anyone can use the scenes proper
documentation needed to be signed by all parties, including the camera
men for each scene. Gene Sanders IGNORED the email, however my attorney
also sent him the package in the mail (also on August 6) hard copy
version (almost 100 pages in all) and he IGNORED / DISREGARDED that as
well. On Friday, August 15 my attorney called Gene Sanders of
teamvplive and left him a voicemail which he also IGNORED.
I called and text Gene and Greg and left them both a message prior to
writing this blog and of course no answer and no response, telling them
that ignoring the legal documents from my attorney will result in a law
suit and that means I can go after their property including their
websites, of course no response.
TeamVPLive has done this to other women in the past however none have
stood up to them, they generally do scenes with the same 12-15 females
and rotate them amongst themselves because they are not real porn stars,
but just BASIC wives of other men making homemade porn or BBWS who are
desperate for footage that they will lay down and be used by anyone,
they don't know the laws or their rights, nor do they even know the
documents they are signing are NOT LEGIT. The only time they go outside
of their 'regular' circle is when dfwknight sets up scenes for
puzzybandit at the house in Vegas (even though he is over the 'fake cum'
he keeps producing it too). It is time a FEMALE stands up to men in the
industry who take advantage, lie, steal and are misrepresenting
themselves and says ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, guess as usual the BITCH has to be
me.
This group of male entertainers and their producer are of low moral
character, unprofessional, lacking integrity, honesty or honoring their
word and verbal agreements (which are also considered contracts). They have allowed their personal feelings towards me
(because I called them on their disrespect, lack of standards, fake cum
and bullshit) to cloud their business decisions. Their porn business is
as FAKE as the CUMSHOTS in the MAJORITY of their content. Take it from
me, they mass produce because they are desperate for footage and think
you as the fan and consumer are GULLIBLE enough to believe their FAKE

ask to see my test results, and if they are not asking me, I wonder how

Well finally in October 3 months later after the ENTIRE TEAMVPLIVE filmed during the HIV MORATORIUM without protection the entire 6 days, the final talent Roc Dangerfield signed the last docs so this case could be concluded. Dealing with this group cost me OVER 4k, stress, and drama that was not needed, had they been MEN OF HONOR and signed the documents from GO none of this would have come about.
WORD TO THE WISE: if you do NOT want to be FUCKED OVER, Taken advantage of, if you HAVE A BACKBONE and stand up for yourself, and if you do things LEGALLY than BY ALL MEANS do NOT MESS WITH TEAMVPLIVE or any of their TALENT (male or female) in their VERY SMALL CIRCLE because in the end you will end up FUCKED OVER in one way or another.
